The 5 Tibetan Rites refers to a series of yogic movements practiced by Tibetan monks to promote youthfulness and live long, vital lives. The speed of the
chakra is the central principle; all exercises are designed to target one or more chakra to rid it of negative energies that slow the chakra down and disturb the energy flow from the chakra to the endocrine system it supports, which can create a number of health issues ranging from sore throats to cancerous tumors.Performing the daily rites lends to speeding up the chakras’ spinning, which removes negative energies and overcomes blockages and distortion. This enhances the chakra’s ability to deliver pure cleansing prana energy to the endocrine system, and thus all organs and body processes. This ensures vibrant health and longevity.
We will track our progress for 30 days following the class to ensure we turn learning in to practice and gain the tremendous benefit.
