If there is a class you are interested in pariticipating in but you don't see it on the schedule, please let a Serenity Team member know.

Fitness Mix - This hour of class will alternate between different class types. Please check the class schedule on the google calendar to see which class is scheduled for that hour.  It will alternate between Body Bootcamp, Spring Energie, Fight Club, Cardio Blast, Tone the Zones or Plyometrics.

Hatha Yoga - This branch of yoga uses physical poses or asanas, breathing techniques and mediation to achieve better health. Bring mat to class.

Flow Yoga - Poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath. Bring mat to class.

Power Yoga - Flow yoga performed in a heated room. Bring mat to class.

Little Yoga - Yoga for children age 5-8. Bring mat to class

Cardio Yoga - Yoga poses performed in a faster paced class. Less meditative than traditional yoga. Bring mat and water to class.

Yoga w/Joe -  This hour of yoga utilizing many aspects of the practice of yoga. Geared more towards the experienced client but can be modified for the novice.  Bring mat to class and a towel.

Hard Core - 45 minute total ab workout. Bring mat and water to class.

Circuit Breaker - 10 stations set up for muscle and/or cardio training. Each station is performed for 1 minute with a 30 second break between stations. The circuit is completed 3 times. Bring water to class.

Zumba - Fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. Bring water and small towel to class.....You will sweat!

Flirty Girl Fitness - Girl Fitness™ is the hot, new body makeover system that takes the world’s sexiest dance moves, from music videos, club dancing, even exotic dancing and turns them into fast, fun, fat-burning routines that anyone can do. - Coming June 2010!

Tai Chi Easy - Combines movements with meditation, therefore aligning body and mind.

Body Bootcamp - Overall body workout using hand weights and incorporating fat burning cardio. Bring mat and water to class.

Tone the Zones- Non-cardio workout designed to hit those trouble area; glutes, abs, and thighs. Bring mat to class.

Spring Energie - New, exciting workout using a spring board as opposed to the step. Combining the benefits of rebounding and the overall fitness of body training, results are assured. Bring water to class.

Belly Dancing - Used for the purpose of healing, weight loss, stress relief and improve muscle tone, endurance, balance, flexibility and coordination.

Pilates - Exercise focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility and prevent injury. Bring mat to class.

Sarpana Yoga - A combination of Kundalini and Astanga yoga. All levels welcome. Bring mat to class.

Fight Club - Cardio workout using Kickboxing skills. Bring water and small towel.

Punk Rope - Punk Rope is a mash up of recess and boot camp for people of all ages and fitness levels. Fun themes, creative drills, fitness games, rope jumping, and raise-the-roof music, bring out the kid in all of us.

Body w/Kettlebells - Overall body workout w/fat burning cardio. Body work will incorporate the use of Kettlebells. If you have not attended a Kettlebell training class you can take this class using hand weights. Bring a mat and water to class.

Kettlebell - Unique overall body workout using Russian Hard Style. Training class required before class participation is allowed.  Bring mat, small towel and water to class. Wear flat soled shoes or bare feet. 


Kettlebell Goddess - This Kettlebell class is designed just for the women. Get yourself in unbelievable shape in no time.  Bring towel, water and mat. Wear flat soled shoes or bare feet.

Bootcamp - Intense overall workout using traditional calisthenics as well as weight training. Not for beginners. Bring mat, small towel and water.

Qigong - Learn the ancient practices of gentle movements to cultivate Qi (life force), controlled breathing and mind-body focus that combine to generate benefits for clarity, immune system boost and stress reduction. Consistent practice will transform and empower your life.



Fitness Memberships
New Members - There is a one time $35 registration fee.

10 Class Punch Pass - $100 (Use for any 10 classes. Expires in 90 days) Passes are location specific for the Quakertown and Red Hill studios. If you have a 10 class card for one location you may purchase a 5 class card at the other studio for $50.

Unlimited Serenityfit Membership - $75 a month (Participate in as many classes as you like all year round) Also enjoy discounted prices for massage, personal training, lectures and workshops as an Unlimited Member. Unlimited members can enjoy classes at either location, Quakertown or Red Hill. (Combination Unlimited Membership to both Serenityfit and Moondog Yoga classes is $135 a month)

Unlimited Serenityfit Family Membership - $105 a month (3 members of your family can participate in as many classes as you like for all year round.) Also enjoy discounted prices for massage, personal training, lectures and workshops as an Unlimited Member. Unlimited members can enjoy classes at either location, Quakertown or Red Hill.

Unlimited Membership for Parents of Dance Zone Members - $55 a month (If you are a Dance Zone student or have a student enrolled, enjoy our Group Movement classes at a terrific discount.) Unlimited members can enjoy classes at either location, Quakertown or Red Hill. For Serenityfit classes only.

Dance Zone Student Pass - $20 a month (Dance Zone Students can participate in fitness classes. Great way to increase flexibility and endurance. This is a great opportunity.) Unlimited members can enjoy classes at either location, Quakertown or Red Hill. For Serenityfit classes only.

Unlimited Membership for Active Adults age 55 & up - $45 a month Unlimited members can enjoy classes at either location, Quakertown or Red Hill. (Combination Unlimited membership to both Serenityfit and Moondog Yoga classes is $99)

Educators Discount - Any teacher, administrator or school staff member will receive a 10% off any membership

Student Class Pass - $99 for 3 months of unlimited classes; for high school and college students.

Ultimate Unlimited Membership - 1 One Hour Massage a month, Online Nutrition System, Personal Monthly Accessment, 1 Personal Training Session a month; Add $120 to monthly membership price. If you choose to add for 3 months, enjoy a $30 savings.

Goal Tracker Unlimited Membership - Personal Monthly Accessment; Add $10 to monthly membership price.
