Classes Offered At Serenity
Adults can use their class pass to participate in Adult Dance Classes:
Tuesday 8pm Ballet
Wednesday 7pm Tap
Thursday 7pm Hip Hop

Fitness Mix - This hour of class will alternate between different class types. Please check the class schedule on the google calendar to see which class is scheduled for that hour.

Flow Yoga - Poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath. Bring mat to class.

Power Yoga - Flow yoga performed in a heated room. Bring mat to class.

Cardio Yoga - Yoga poses performed in a faster paced class. Less meditative than traditional yoga. Bring mat and water to class.

Sarpana Yoga - A combination of Kundalini and Astanga yoga. All levels welcome. Bring mat to class.

Yin Yoga - This practice is a deepening experience for any level Yogi. The asanas in a Yin class are held for several minutes at a time targeting the joints and bones instead of merely strengthening muscular definition. Yin, in correspondence to the Chinese Yin and Yang principles, is a softer approach to Yoga, but not restorative by definition.

Yoga w/Joe - Core Strength Yoga - This hour of yoga utilizing many aspects of the practice of yoga. Geared more towards the experienced client but can be modified for the beginner. Bring mat to class and a towel.

TRX - TRX is more than just the most versatile piece of exercise equipment available; it is a complete training system. Born in the U.S. Navy SEALS and developed by Fitness Anywhere®, Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

TRX Yoga Fusion - The power of yoga infused with the TRX suspension trainer will take the participant through a full body cycle of stretching and positions not easily obtained with out the assistance of the suspension trainer. This class will allow you to get into poses more advanced with good alignment and help deepen your yoga practice as well as feel great after the class. No TRX experience needed and suitable for all levels.

TRX Express - A 45 minute intense TRX experience.

Zumba - Fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. Bring water and small towel to class.....You will sweat!

Cardio Blast - An hour of cardio vascular training using a combinations of stability ball, hand weights, callistenics, and spring board.

Kickboxing - Cardio class designed to be fun and effective. High intensity intervals coupled with toning recovery. Bring mat and water bottle.

Serenity Bootcamp - Overall body workout using hand weights and incorporating fat burning cardio. Bring mat and water to class.

Spring Energie - New, exciting workout using a spring board as opposed to the step. Combining the benefits of rebounding and the overall fitness of body training, results are assured. Bring water to class.

Belly Dancing - Used for the purpose of healing, weight loss, stress relief and improve muscle tone, endurance, balance, flexibility and coordination.

Pilates - Exercise focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility and prevent injury. Bring mat to class.

FitBody - Overall body workout incorporating hand weights, cardio training and calisthenics. Bring mat and water.

Kettlebell - Unique overall body workout using Russian Hard Style. Training class required before class participation is allowed. Bring mat, small towel and water to class. Wear flat soled shoes or bare feet.

Kettlebell Goddess - This Kettlebell class is designed just for the women. Get yourself in unbelievable shape in no time. Bring towel, water and mat. Wear flat soled shoes or bare feet.

Kettlebell Bootcamp Circuit - Intense Kettlebell workout with the addition of heavy ropes, sandbag, TRX and other body intense stations. Not for beginners. Bring small towel and water.

Tai Chi Easy - Combines movements with meditation, therefore aligning body and mind.

Qigong - Learn the ancient practices of gentle movements to cultivate Qi (life force), controlled breathing and mind-body focus that combine to generate benefits for clarity, immune system boost and stress reduction. Consistent practice will transform and empower your life.

KidzFit - Get your kids off the couch and moving. Fun, interactive fitness for kids age 5-10. 




Fitness Memberships

New Members - There is a one time $50 registration fee.  Each new member may register for a Kettlebell Training course.  Members must attend an intro training course before they can participate in a Kettlebell Class.

10 Class Punch Pass - $100 (Use for any 10 classes. Passes Expire 1 year from date of purchase) Passes are location specific for the Quakertown and Red Hill studios.

Unlimited Serenityfit Membership - $65 a month; 12 month minimum contract (Participate in as many classes as you like all year round) Also enjoy discounted prices for personal training, lectures and workshops as an Unlimited Member. Unlimited members can enjoy classes at either location, Quakertown or Red Hill. (Combination Unlimited Membership to both Serenityfit and Moondog Yoga classes is $135 a month)

Month to Month Unlimited Serenityfit Membership - $75 per month  (Participate in as many classes as you like all year round) Also enjoy discounted prices for personal training, lectures and workshops as an Unlimited Member. Unlimited members can enjoy classes at either location, Quakertown or Red Hill.

Unlimited Couples Membership - $75 a month for a couple to enjoy an unlimited fitness pass. Great way to spend some quality time together.....its how I met my husband! Also enjoy discounted prices for personal training, lectures and workshops as an Unlimited Member.

Unlimited Serenityfit Family Membership - $95 a month (3 members of your family can participate in as many classes as you like. A 12 month contract is required.  Unlimited members can enjoy classes at either location, Quakertown or Red Hill.

Unlimited Membership for Parents of Performing Arts School Members - $50 a month (If you have a student enrolled, enjoy our Group Movement classes at a terrific discount.) Unlimited members can enjoy classes at either location, Quakertown or Red Hill. For Serenityfit classes only.

Performing Arts Student Pass - $20 a month (Performing Arts Students can participate in fitness classes. Great way to increase flexibility and endurance. This is a great opportunity.) Unlimited members can enjoy classes at either location, Quakertown or Red Hill. For Serenityfit classes only.

Unlimited Membership for Active Adults age 55 & up - $45 a month Unlimited members can enjoy classes at either location, Quakertown or Red Hill. (Combination Unlimited membership to both Serenityfit and Moondog Yoga classes is $99)

Student Class Pass - $99 for 3 months of unlimited classes; for high school and college students.

Goal Tracker Unlimited Membership - Personal Monthly Accessment; Add $10 to monthly membership price.

Kettlebell Intro Training - Non-members can participate in the Kettlebell training course offered to members for a fee of $65

TRX Training - Small class training; only 4 guests per class. 4 Week course, 2 Classes per week- Great alternative to personal training; reach your goals fast with a class designed for you and your needs. $160  Schedule TBA
